my youngest turned one and I saw pictures of myself from his party and cried big huge tears because I barely recognized myself. I made a commitment that day to take back my health and my self esteem and since then I have lost 30 pounds and kept it off, gone from a size 12 to a size 4, and I have once again become a regular exerciser. I kind of feel like it is my birthday too. I can't believe I let 5 years of my life slip by feeling so lazy and overweight. NEVER AGAIN!

I'd like to hear how you did it and when you found time to exercise. I used to like to get to work early and work out there, but now I have to take DS to daycare. So I don't get to work out in the morning now.
