Do you have a place for your treadmill? Your weights? your work out dvds? Or do you store everything away and bring it out when needed?

In the corner of the basement, next to the window, I have my space saver treadmill. Next to that, I have a set of Bowflex SelectTech weights (5-20lbs) they are the best because they don't take up much space. I have a Transfirmer bench that doubles as a bench for the girls to put on shoes next to the basement door. My videos are stored in the office in the basement.

I haven't used any DVDs since I started running. However, I will need to start strength training when ski season is over.

Well currently our treadmill is in the barn Funny how it's the one thing we could NEVER find room for since we've moved. I would love to bring it in to use, but the only spot that MAY be an option is currently where my scrap supplies are living.....and well..we all know the chance of THEM being relocated.

My kids use my transfirmer as a slide for their kiddy pool!

Our treadmill and hand weights are in our master bedroom, but I want to move them to the basement before the baby comes. The DVDs are kept in the living room with all other DVDs. Our punching bag is sitting in a corner in the basement. So our stuff is all over....

For a while I was using it a lot to help relieve stress. DH uses it every once in a while (although technically it is his). After we moved, he has yet to hang it up in the basement. When it was up I loved it!

I have a recumbent bike in our bedroom. I'd love to also have a treadmill, but we have nowhere to put it, we have a small house, and dh needs the bike to help his knees (he's had surgery on both knees from skateboarding). I also keep my weight bar and free weights in my closet. We have a small tv and vcr in our bedroom that is only used when ds wants to watch a video on our bed or when the bike is being used. I do have some workout videos there too, but never get to them, I prefer to pedal, do weights and walk.
