I weighed 145 in my 18th year.. so I guess I need to lose 10lbs I have always been embarrassed about my weight but if you look at my high school soccer photo you'd never believe that was 145!

I'm glad I don't weigh when I was 18. I didn't gain the Freshman 15... I gained the Freshman 30 in college and was quite a bit heavier than I am now.

That's a good point. He might have said in your last year of high school. For me that was 18 because we had a grade 13 then .. sort of like a prep year before university.

I gained some that freshman year too! So for those who want to lose you should be able to get to what you were in your last year of high school (baring and pregnancies or eating disorders).
