You shouldn't be ashamed of "showing off" - you look fantastic!

I'm working down to what I want to weigh - my high school weight was a little small for my liking (135 lbs at 5'10" - BMI of 19.4), so I'm going for a BMI of 22-23. I just cracked "normal" when I weighed yesterday though (24.7 now).

Good for you. I know it is a long process. It has taken me almost 2 yrs but I have gone from 202 to 138. I would like to weigh 128. ( I might add that I am only 5'2). Again.... Great Job!

Wow! When I saw the pic in January it was hard for me to believe that was still overweight/high BMI - you looked great. But what a change from Jan. til Aug. too! Congratulations! Be proud and show off!!!
