Ok girls, how was your week?

I wasn't overly GREAT about working out this week, but I wasn't horrible either. I ran 5 1/2 miles twice this week. I mowed the lawn yesterday and to me that is a work out. My eating was good. I grilled some veggies three times this week...and they were divine! My dreaded monthy visitor came yesterday so I am feel sluggish but I will try and get to yoga this morning! It usually helps.

If not yoga, than another run and an upper body work out.

Maggie, did you still want me to post your before and after pics? If so, I can do that for you.

This week was not good!

I started off great but rescuing my puppy out the groundhog hole was very damaging to my body. It was an emergency so I was digging with no gloves and sneakers. My ankles, bottom of my feet, wrist, shoulder, abs, back.. you name it, it was sore. My shoulder is of particular concern but I'm hoping it will heal in a day or two.

I ran on Monday and planned to run on Wed & Fri but could not. I feel like a slug but hope to get back on track soon. Maybe I can get up and run tomorrow.

WAY TO GO ON THE 5 1/2 miles!!! That is sweet

It was great! But then my kids were away at camp this week so I had lots of extra time.

I maintained and I'm very happy about that. I have a huge fear of gaining the weight back and I'm bound and determined to stay this weight now.

I had a crappy week with running. I only ran 5 miles total this whole week. YIKES! I have had a sinus infection all week and that is why I haven't ran. I have however, did my body sculpting every day and my cardio workout twice, so it wasn't totally horrible. I just hate not getting out to run on nice days. I did run today and it felt soo good. I probably should've made myself run even though I didn't feel like it, because I always feel much better after I do run.

Seriously? I slacked this week...Although swimming in the ocean (when I wasn't knocked on my butt) was GREAT exercise!

I wasn't so good this week. I was at my parents outside of Phoenix and it was way to hot to run. The nearest gym was 35 miles. And I snacked a little to much. But we got back on Tues. I ran wed and went to the gym Fri. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to do my workouts next week. DD goes back to school and I have school. I can take my 6month old to the base gym with me. They have a little play area that kids can play in. But it's always busy in there and I'm not sure how good of a workout I can get. I will give it a shot and see how it goes.

My week was ok - was busy but not with your typical exercising. Just stuff around the house, so at least i felt like I was working out! Started my new gym this morning and feeling re-energized!!!! My eating - oh boy - has that been terrible! But it is all good and back on track. Now that we have 1 week left till school starts feeling much more ready to crank it out!!!

I remember having to do that. Vance AFB has a "parents' room" where they had one treadmill, one eliptical and one bike set up in this room which then had a barrier wall and on the other side of it was a kids' play area. It had a kitchen, a train table and a tree house play fort! There was also a ball pit and a DVD player so that parents could bring in a movie for the kids to watch. It was a good idea in theory and so very helpful for the SAHM, however like you said, it was always busy. If I didn't get there right at 8am, I was SOL for the day!
