I'm baaack! I would love to say that I was super busy this past summer and did not keep up with my lifestyle changes- BUT reality is I was just plain lazy! I feel into some old bad habits (Mountain Dew, and the occassional smoke (Steve is smoking full time again and it is hard not to have one!), and not having the gumption to exercise!)- which I am correcting this week!
So today I am back on the wagon, I only had one can of Mountain Dew, before school started (for my youngest), I met my neighbor and we walked the nature trail (1.3 miles), I am keeping track of my calories, so far I already had about 6 glasses of water. Since school started last week I knew I was going to slowly get back on the wagon, I just felt so blah lately and I realized maybe if I start taking care of myself again I will feel better!
SO- the big question is, is there still a Friday checkin or not really?
