This week totally rocked for me! (funny because last week sucked! LOL)

I ran outdoors three times this week. It was nice to get outside and off that damn dreadmill. Monday I went for a 5 mile run. I started at 1pm (IN THE HEAT) after doing a morning's worth of yard work and ran. I did walk a few times, but the point is, I did do it and it was off the treadmill. Yay me!

I ran 2 5K runs this week. I started off wanting to run four, but I get so wrapped up in wanting to "pass the next one" that I didn't have enough Umph to continue! Does anyone else get like that?

Yesterday when I went out for a run, it was actually a GORGEOUS day. Overcast, slight wind. Perfect running conditions. There was a female runner about a minute ahead of me. That may not seem like much but it is when you're trying to close the gap. I used her as my mark and thought if I close the gap I will run 5K, if I don't, I will run four miles (I have to make deals with myself). Well I got so fixated on wanting to close the gap that I did actually pass her on the second lap and felt so awesome about it. Again, no umph to go on any further but dang proud of myself

I did some upper body work outs this week and a hard core ab one too. I am starting to finally feel tight again. The Navy Ball is coming up so I have a goal in site!

How did you all do?

I did really good this week. My eating has been under control this week. Over last weekend, I gained 3 lbs. I am hoping some of that is baby and not just me pigging out, which I did do some.. Seems, I just look at food and the pounds just pile on..

I ran 3.1 twice this week, and have been able to run everyday. It was pretty hot the last couple days, so I just stayed inside, but today looks like it is a great day for a run!

I also did my body sculpting workouts each day and I even squeezed on in last night when dh went out with his buddies.

For our wellness program, we have a running/walking club and the goal is to reach 1000 miles by December 31. Well, I figured it up and if I run 21 miles each week until the end of the year, I will make the 1000 mark. I'm not sure I can do it, but I am willing to try. I have to go 7-1/2 miles yet today and tomorrow to make this week. ...already this week, I have been trying desperately to fit it all in, but time is my worst enemy right now and it kind of becomes a drag to me when I am trying so hard to get it all in. KWIM?

Anywho, this week was a good week.

I did fairly good for my first week back on- I walked 4.3 miles this week with my neighbor (I am now taking the weekend off from walking since I have a few blisters on my feet!), I did one day of interval training (almost died half way through but I stuck it out and finished it!), I have been squeezing in 100 craunches a day. Eating wise I done fairly good during the day but I do terrible with dinner (more home type meals- I stock up extra calories during the day and spurlge at dinner time!), but I have not been snacking at night!

I did not weigh myself yet- I am too nervous to get back on that scale- I won't weigh myself until my clothes start feeling loose again!

Not a good exercise week for me but my eating was fine. The past month has been terrible for me as far as getting my workouts in. I thought this week would be better with ds starting preschool but he just started Wed. and all the moms had to stay that morning and sign up for everything and we ended up talking and catching up and I didn't have time to go to the gym before school was over. He went today too, but today is my oldest ds's birthday so I went to his school for a special birthday snack and stayed in his class for a while, then I had to go get all his presents and wrap them so that killed my morning. I am however going to a class tomorrow morning and I am sure I will get at least one cardio workout in this weekend.

I am hoping that NEXT week will be the week that I get back into a nice, challenging routine. I need it! I am feeling a little out of shape. I think the class tomorrow is going to be really hard for me since I haven't been in almost a month!!! I am just glad my weight is staying the same. It actually has given me a lot of peace of mind to know that when life gets in the way for a few weeks, it doesn't neccessarily mean that 20 pounds is going to come jump back on my body.

I did very good starting my new routine for September -- 3 day split of ST and 4 days cardio! Stuck to it every day! My muscles are feeling great & sore!!!

My eating is getting better -- not having treats every day!!!

I did good last week. I got in several good workouts. I did a core workout on friday. I haven't been doing that much. I was sore on Sat morning. Went to the lake sat and I swam and water skied. Oh I was REALLY hurting Sun. It hurt just to move. I'm still sore today but I plan on going to the gym. I just hope I can do better on my eating this week.

I got a few runs in. We're still in waterski season so I'm getting worn out on the weekends and needing to recover during the first part of the week.

I did run this morning. The puppy woke me up at 3:40 am.
