I did really good this week. My eating has been under control this week. Over last weekend, I gained 3 lbs. I am hoping some of that is baby and not just me pigging out, which I did do some..

Seems, I just look at food and the pounds just pile on..
I ran 3.1 twice this week, and have been able to run everyday. It was pretty hot the last couple days, so I just stayed inside, but today looks like it is a great day for a run!
I also did my body sculpting workouts each day and I even squeezed on in last night when dh went out with his buddies.
For our wellness program, we have a running/walking club and the goal is to reach 1000 miles by December 31. Well, I figured it up and if I run 21 miles each week until the end of the year, I will make the 1000 mark. I'm not sure I can do it, but I am willing to try. I have to go 7-1/2 miles yet today and tomorrow to make this week. ...already this week, I have been trying desperately to fit it all in, but time is my worst enemy right now and it kind of becomes a drag to me when I am trying so hard to get it all in. KWIM?
Anywho, this week was a good week.
