Thanks so much! They were all taken here, in New Bern, NC, except for the lampost one, which was taken in Washington DC. The one with my dh and dd were taken at the beach, here in NC.

Thanks so much for all the comments on my photos! That means a lot! Now I know that other people like them, other than my biased dh! I'm hoping that with this years tax return, we'll be able to get a new camera, and I can really start taking photos... I just love doing it!

Those photos are incredible!

We have a program in our area called Winter Relief where a group of churches in the county house, feed, and provide basic necessities for between about 25-35 homeless people (they stay a week at each church that participates in the program) throughout the winter. It's similar to your dream just on a much smaller scale. It's an extremely rewarding ministry for all involved!
