**Disclaimer**
MS Mom of the Week is a fun way for us to get to know the Mommysavers members. Newbies to the board as well as regulars are welcome to participate. The Mom of the Week is randomly selected a week in advance of her being featured. I do this so I can contact you, let you know your feature date, and arrange to receive a picture from you to include with the survey. Having a picture included is so we can make it a little more personal and put a name to a face. This is optional of course, as are all the questions being asked. If I don’t hear back from you before your “feature” date, I will randomly select the next person and then get back to you the following week. If you would like to participate please PM Christy_K_ and we will get you signed up.

My First name is Julie. (surprised?? )

I have 2 boys Tommy (8), Mitchell (6)

I thought I was ready until the 1st night home from the hospital.

My son's Teacher this year, She is a breast cancer survivor and she was an inspiration. Living life to the fullest everyday and not sweating the small stuff.

I do not have any nervous habits.

Oh I dated a guy my parents didn't like for a long time.. and yes they were right.. he was a GERK!!!

That I am a fun Mom!

To put your kids first and to be organized.

I use probably about 5 coupons a week. i do buy mostly generic though and that is cheaper then when they have coupons. I also buy meat in bulk and seperate and freeze it.

I heard about mommysaver's through my good friend Kim.

You know i am mostly in the online bargains & entertainment forum haven't really ventured out much from there (i know I'm bad) but there are so many good posts in there and coupon codes.

I have met a mommysaver!

Romantic.. hmmm my husband??? Do i really have to answer that?? He's the most unromantic person I know.

5 things I like about myself... I'm caring, fun, happy, i like to live a little on the wild side, i'm a good mom.

I love to scrapbook I wish I was caught up I haven't scrapbooked for probably a year now. i got myself into it. I am not the best at it but have learned many things from kim.

i kissed a lot of frogs b4 I found mister right. He was worth the wait.. 10 years and things get better and better every year.

I would say my favorite group is Rascal Flats. I do love hard rock, rap, hip hop & country. I have seen Rascal Flats in concert twice!! they are the greatest!

3 things I want to accomplish
1. retiring debt free
2. keeping my kids going in the right direct (drug, alcohol etc free)
3. i someday want a house with walk in closets.. (i know nice goal hah?)

I would say my dining room best reflects my personality.

i see Tommy being a sensitive sweet man. He wants to be a professional athlete but I know how hard that is. mitchell will be one of those free spirits into plays and theater.

Something you would never guess about me... hmmmm i am a person that holds grudges... (not a good thing) i am working on that though.

words i live by... live everyday like it's your last!

Thank your for sharing! Your DH sounds a lot like mine - not a romantic bone in his body! But, I wouldn't trade him for the world!

I hope you have a super week!

Julie, I enjoyed reading about you and getting to know you better. Yes, I have a problem with the grudge thing also. However, I have truly been working on it and have made great strides.

Congrats on being Mom of the Week!!!
