Were you ready for motherhood?
Oh Yes! We tried and tried for Lily and were more than delighted! I was NOT prepared for the lack of sleep.

Have you ever met someone who has completely inspired you to be a better person? Can you tell us about that relationship and how it has affected you?
My husband. He has made me a confident person, he tells me to always go with my judgement and not to second guess it. By that I have made more friends, even if it was just going up to a mommy at a park and chatting.

Do you have any nervous habits? What are they?
I clean! Watch out and move over, I clean like a clorax/vinegar tornado!

Did you ever date a guy your parents did not like? Were they right about him?
Of course, and yes they were right. But I did learn from it, I learned who I did not want to date in the future.

What do you want your kids to remember the most about you?
That I played with them, love is unconditional, I am not afraid to make a fool of myself for them!

What did you learn the most from your mother?
that nothing needs to be perfect, like when cleaning the house or chopping green peppers. good is good enough and life is too short to be stuck on those things

How many coupons do you use on a regular basis? What is your best money saving tip?
grocery coupons I use all the time, probably about 50 a month. I go to stores where they take other store coupons ( competitor ). I get this one store coupon every week "save $10 off your next purchase over $50" just from buying bread and a bunch of bananas there. Then I take it to the store I always shop at and they take it! It's like taking 10% off of my bill!

Out of all the things the members here have offered in terms of advice, support, counsel and criticism, what have you personally benefited from? And do you remember specifically who the member was that offered that advice?
Sometimes it's just knowing that someone else has been in your shoes. With hundreds of women on here there is bound to be one! Skimommy and Melsb have been so kind to me, especially when I was freaking out about my newborn in the hospital. I will also have to admit that Calimari has even broadend my horizons in her debates! And Oregano, even though I have never really talked with her, she seems to be so well balanced in her life she inspires me to do the same.

Have you ever met a mommysaver?
nope... so many of you live in MN and I am JEALOUS

What is the most romantic thing your dh ever did for you?
we are still working on that lol he is not romantic and will be the first to admit it. Whenever I buy myself some flowers, he will say "I was just thinking about buying you flowers the other day." so not true, bless him!

Tell us five things you like about yourself.
I can laugh at myself
gosh this is hard!
my eyes are sparklie
I am a good cook
I like the fact that I can strike up a conversation with just about anyone

What hobby do you enjoy the most? What got you started on it? How would you rate yourself? Can you show us a picture of your proudest piece of work?
I play the piano, I took lessons for 3 months when I was 7, then picked it back up in my 20's, now I play in church.

How many frogs did you kiss before you found Mr. Right? Was he worth the wait?
probably about 8 frogs. He was very worth the wait. Dh is from England and we met on vacation in Florida. The stars were definately aligned that day!

List three things you have on your Life List; things you would like to accomplish before you leave this world
See my childrens children
Have an awesome vacation with my dh
have more flexability in our lives

Which room in your house best reflects your personality?
My bedroom, I am in desperate need of a full nights sleep!

What do you see your children growing up to be like? What career path would they choose?
I hope they grow up to be sweet ladies, as far as careers I will probably "push" them in the direction of medicine as there is always a need, but they can be what ever they wish. At the moment it is a ballerina!

Is there something we would never guess about you? Some kind or quirk you have no one close to you knows about. (C’mon tell us!!!!)
