What does your user name mean?
My user name is for my daughters. They all end in some form of lynn and there are 3 of them.
Out of all the things the members here have offered in terms of advice, support, counsel and criticism, what have you personally benefited from? And do you remember specifically who the member was that offered that advice?
I have learned so much from being on here. From planning your meals to getting free stuff from Walgreens (thanks Samantharae! I am addicted now! ) Kim is a real inspiration and great motivator. I can't thank her enough for creating this site and all of the wonderful things that she does for us.
How many coupons do you use on a regular basis?
I use anywhere from 5-15 I am getting much better at matching the prices and using more and more coupons. I hope to eventually be using more and cutting my bill in 3/4!
What was your most recent "bargain"?
My most recent bargain was my trip to Kmart when they had double coupon days up to $2. You can see what I got for a mere $10.42! Kmart Wish Me Luck**Updated with Pics**
What have you done to save money this week?
Less driving and more walking to the store. But that is going to stop as soon as it starts gettting really cold here!
What do you consider a way of life that others think is a crazy way to save?
Staying home. Why do people think that it is so wrong??

Walgreens
What is the best deal you ever found (even if it wasn’t at your favorite store)?
We always buy our electronics on sale or buy the display models. I think the best one was almost 10 years ago when we got a camcorder (a nice one at the time for $100 by buying the display one and negotiating)
What is your best money saving tip?
Don't spend just because you have the money in your wallet. Plan out your meals. And research for coupons for items in ads.
What is your favorite frugal meal?
My favorite thing to do is to buy a whole chicken, cook and then shred the meat to use for tacos, stirfry or BBQ chicken. I can usually get at least 2 meals if not more out of one chicken
Do you enter contests? If so, what is the best prize you’ve ever won?
I have not really won any contests but I have won $ 500 on a scratch off lottery ticket that I got from my parents in a card. And at a work party I won a microwave.
If money were no object, what 3 things would you buy yourself or your family?
Health Insurance, a house and plane tickets to a fabulous vacation.
If you had $10 to spend on yourself (you and you alone) what would you buy?
More than likely it would be craft supplies
