Today is the first day of Congenital Heart Defect awareness week. In honor of Tommy's memory, I will be participating in a special Rememberance walk at 3 pm as part of a larger walk put on by Gods Special Little Hearts in Owenton, KY. I have more information about it on my blog in my signature.

Please help me remember not only awareness, but that heart defects take the lives of our sweet babies.

There are more than 40 different types of congenital heart defects. Little is known about the cause of most of them. There is no known prevention or cure for any of them.
