The starter kit also includes a training manual, Excellent Beginnings DVD, Hostess Coaching CD, jewelry carrying case, 1” display tray with foam inserts, merchandise stock list, ring sizer, and display tablecloth for shows.

EXCELLENT BEGINNINGS PROGRAM: To help Advisors have an EXCELLENT BEGINNING and ensure success, lia sophia offers a 15-week program for all new Advisors. lia sophia will reward a $200 Jewelry Gift Certificate in each 5-week period when your sales reach $1500 with a minimum of three shows. That is a total of $600 in Free jewelry for YOU! lia sophia also rewards team building with a $300 Jewelry Gift Certificate for each qualified Advisor you recruit in your first 15 weeks and a $100 Jewelry Gift Certificate for each qualified recruit thereafter.


PROFITS: Advisors earn 30% of show totals on all regular and ½ price items ordered. Profit checks are paid weekly either via check or direct deposit to your Bank or Credit Union. If you meet the company qualifications to promote up to Manager, your commissions will increase to 40% of your personal sales and an additional 10% profit override on your “down line” (recruits) sales! Monthly bonuses are earned for specific volumes according to available programs in your management level.

To join the business you hold a “Starter Show” at your home where I will do the show for you. Since you are the Hostess and Advisor for your first show, you get to earn FREE jewelry to add your display kit!
