I think I'm in personal finance heaven.
I found a great, free site for tracking your expenses. So long Microsoft money! Yee haa. I like free and I love how it works. You just tag things once and then it recognizes it in the future. I took me an hour last night to tag everything for 2008. Now I just click 'Groceries' or 'EatingOut' (have to keep it one word for the tag) and I can see how much I spent per month or per day or per year on any area! I'm ashamed how much my Groceries were for the year. I thought I was doing so well but now I know I have some serious work to do.
Super easy and free. The money experts say, one of the best ways to save money is to begin tracking it.
I love that I can compare this month's expenses to my average for the last 12 months to see how I'm improving too.
And it works in Canada and the US! (Mint only works in the US)
