Phew, thought it was just me! Ive lost mine twice in the last year too. I think I leave them in the coupon holder in the cart. Last time, which was only a month or so ago, I said I'd put an address label in the new one, but havent done that yet. Lots of money I lost - had some good coupons in there both times. Even checked back at the store and they didnt have it, had a handful of others though - so I guess everyone does it at one point or another.

Not only have I lost my coupon holder twice (and now have my name and phone on it), I left my wallet at the Target, the Michaels, and the Wal Mart, all in the last year!!!! I think I'm losing my MIND!!!!!!

I have left it at the grocery store 2 or 3 times this year. Thankfully the customer service desk has always found it. If they didn't have it I probably would have CRIED!!!!
