Do you spend more or less money when your self esteem is down?

I think I occasionally buy things to "help" my self-esteem, but maybe that's not the same thing. I definitely feel better about myself when I'm wearing a new shirt, even if it's a $8 tshirt from Target.

More but usually on stuff to make me feel a little better about myself, a new haircut, a new outfit, a self help book.

I'm the opposite. When I'm not feeling the best about my body, I won't buy clothing ... on the bright side, I spend a lot less money in that case.

I say screw it and pick up a half gallon of Ice Cream. Comfort food really doesn't help in the long run. so yep i am more likely to spend a little

Opps wrong one. The problem when I'm doing three things at one time.
