Have the rates increased in your city or town? Our water and sewage rates have increased over a 100% in the last couple of years. They are still expected to increase quite a bit over the next year or to as well. I am constantly reminding the kids and husband to conserve. The kids just don't get that the water coming out of the faucet, hose, shower, and in the toilet costs us money (not to mention that it is environmentally wasteful).
