first is to use our tax return to get as much caught up as possible and then slowly dwindle down the rest.. also have an extra mortgage payment at a different bank in case we have a problem so we don't have to let other bills go to pay the mortgage...

I really like this idea. Maybe we can come up with a Budget Buddy system here.. kinda like the secret sisters... Just a thought!

Some resolutions I have for spending money is:

1) Stick with my budget. I already budget, but sometimes go over.. although, I am getting better every month at it.
2) Stop using my cc to pay for things.
3) Pay off my cc. I'm using my taxes to pay on it, then making monthly payments until next tax refund. This is soo totally doable for me.. it just takes discipline.
4) Save more money back monthly.

I just have to stop caving into the people I am around as far as spending money for things like going out and that.

I like the idea of a budget buddy too! Just someone to hold you accountable and help keep you inline! LOL
