Yes, it can, of course, help whiten teeth (it's what those teeth whiteners do that are expensive). On the down side, it can make your teeth more sensitive.

It can also be a bit drying to the mouth, so don't overuse it.

Did you read where snopes points out that soaking a wound with it wouldn't be good? Interesting, because I had an infection then a minor operation on my foot about 15 years ago, and my Dr. told me to soak it 3 times a day for 15 mins. each.

In the medical world, that's enough time for them to change their minds a FEW times lol

I had 3 kids over a period of six years, and ALL three were to sleep in a different position to lower SIDS risk! crazy!

I was SOOOOOO thankful for the movement monitor when my 4th came along 10 years later! lol
