I had never thought to e-mail companies before and just have a few questions for you ladies if you won't mind.

Do you just send the e-mail to the customer service address off their websight? If you don't ask for coupons in the e-mail, do you simple include your full name and address at the bottom of the e-mail?

Thanks so much.

Most of the ones that I have contacted have a form you fill out w/ your name and address then it has a comment section where you put your email. I've all but once used the 'contact us' link on the website. The only time I didnt was when I contacted Target about the rude security guard. I was so PO'd about the ordeal that I was getting frustrated w/ trying to find an email on their website that I finally just typed a letter and mailed it.

That's I already sent out a couple of e-mails, but I need to come up with a list of ones I would like to contact.

When I email companies, I also ask if they have coupons they could send me. I add my address at the bottom. I've gotten a lot of coupons. One place told me they can send them out every 3 months so write again then. So I marked my calendar and I'm going to email as many as I can remember again.

I wrote Skippy peanut butter and they wrote back saying they don't send out coupons.

Though when i called Purell for a sample they sent me a coupon for a free product.

I wrote Foster Farms yesterday- just a short email telling them how my family likes their corn dogs. It was probably only about 3 or 4 sentences. I got an email back within 2 hours and they're sending me a coupon for a free pack.

Still waiting to hear back from Rhoades and Arm and Hammer....

I emailed Chick-fil-A telling them that my family really liked the new milkshakes they had. They sent me an email stating they were going to send me some kind of "guest card." I am waiting to see what it is.

I LOVE emailing and writing to companies both when I liked something or to complain. I always get coupons or free things back.

Cottonelle bathroom wipes recently joined Box Tops for Education and put the little label that you cut out for Box Tops right where you tear the package of wipes open. I just sent them a quick email to let them know it's not in a very good place and they wrote me back and thanked me and sent me coupons in the mail ($.75 off a pkg of wipes, and 3 coupons for $.50 off wipes.) Them wipes aren't cheap, but I love them. I'm always polite and not rude.

I wrote to Fruit of the Loom once that the label on their "underoos" was abrasive and really bugged my son. They told me to just send them back and I'd get a refund.

I bought some frozen fish patties once (Stouffers, I think) and most of the fish was black inside and just not good. So I wrote and told them and they sent me two great coupons that ended up getting me one of those big lasagna dinners practically free. (Those aren't cheap either!)

Pretty much if I have anything to say, I'll let a company know and they are usually happy to hear it and thank me with coupons. It's fun!
