We eat fish a lot. Living on the coast it is easy to get and not very expensive. We probably have mahi mahi, salmon (that is frozen) or grouper three times a week. We also eat a lot of vegetable dishes, too. I cannot remember the last time I served anything with red meat. I am not against eating it, but when you do WW, you tend to go towards the fish, chicken, pork route. I REALLY cannot remember the last time I bought hamburger meat. We are stricktly a ground turkey family - even before I started WW.

I said one just because we will occasionally have potato soup or breakfast for dinner. Meat is often the focus of our meals but I can usually find fairly good deals so its not too bad. I need more protein and dh is a big guy who wants meat so its always around. Could be a lot to with living in the country and OK. We're a meat and potato kind of group around here.
