Okay I haven't posted on here in awhile. I left my husband about 2 weeks ago and we are getting a divorce. I have 2 teenage boys and right now they are at home and I'm staying at my grandparents. I don't make alot of money and am needing all the advice that I can get on saving money on everything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Just want to say I'm sorry about the divorce. I've been divorced as well and it's no fun. It's good that you have a place to stay right now - stay there as long as you can as that is a huge money-saver right there.

So much depends on what you earn, what your spouse earns, what you will receive for child support if you get custody of the kids. Will you stay in the family home (if you own one) or will it be sold? Are there family assets to split? Be sure to get a good attorney to represent you.
