I know it's been said time and time again on this board, but I gotta say it again. Libraries are a great AND they're FREE!
Yesterday, I got the kick to go to the library with dh. We picked up two Nicholas Sparks audio CDs. We'll listen to them in the van on our trip to our parents' houses the next few days. We also got 3 DVD's. We watched one yesterday and will watch the other two tonight. Then. . we hit the jackpot! They were getting rid of magazines - some as recent as July of this year. Well, I'm a sucker for free magazines, since we have cut out magazine subscriptions from our budget. So I picked up FIFTY-TWO magazines - Glamour, People and Parents. How fabulous is that!!!!

Nice! Our local library sells their old magazines for 10 cents- still a lot better than you can get some subscriptions for! When you are able to get a few magazine subscriptions (which I hope is soon, you and your hubby seems to be doing great on your budgetting right now!), Kim usually recommends a few good deals on magazine subscriptions- I think their website is posted on here somewhere!
