I have a Chase card that gives 5% at groceries, gas and drug stores. I think it is 1% everywhere else. I get quite a bit back. I also have a Discover that I use, but only because it's pink!

We only have one major CC and that's a Citibank Mastercard. We get 1 point for every $ we spend and then 1 point for every 3 miles we fly - good for anyone as long as the plane ticket was bought with the CC. For Christmas I was able to redeem the points we had saved up and get 3 $25 gift cards to Toys R US and 2 $50 giftcards to Olive Garden and I still have a bunch of points left over. We can also use the points for airline tickets. Since we're a large family, there are 6 of us, when we fly the points really add up .

We use the Costco American Express card. We get from 1-3% back for purchases (3% for eating out, 2% for traveling and 1% for everything else).

The rebate is issued as a "coupon" which we can be redeemed for either cash or merchandise at Costco. I try to put everything we can on it. We'll have about $375 coming back to us in February. :rah rah:

I also have a Gymboree Visa, but I only use that for Gymbo purchases or when a retailer doesn't accept American Express.

I use a Chase Amazon CC, $1=1pt--on amazon.com $1=3pts, after earning 2500 pts you get a $25 gift certificate to use on Amazon.com. I save the gift certificates to use during Christmas.

We have a Holiday Inn Priority club card which gives us points that can be redeemedfor hotel rooms, airline tickets, gift cards, or airline miles. We use it for everything and have a ton of points. However, we don't redeem them. I have tried to talk dh into switching to the disney one, but he apparently has some attachement to this one. We never have to redeem points because my dad gets a ton of frequent flyer miles and hotel points and he gives us hotels and plane tickets for all out family vacations. I did tell dh I thought I was going to redeem the points for gift cards and he said do what you want, so maybe I will.

I also have a gymbo card which I use for gymbo purchases and I used it at christmas to buy dh's present because I didn't want him to know where I got it.
I have Kohls and Gap too, for the gap rewards and kohls extra percentages off.
I recently got a toys r us so I could get the 20% off to buy dd's carseats, but I am going to close it because I don't want it.

I have a toysrus one that I use sometimes...mostly when I shop at Toysrus so I get the larger percentage back.
I also use Discover on a regular basis.
For gas I have a RaceTrac card that I use for gas that gives you a percentage back as well. Usually whatever amount I earn one month appears as a credit on my next statement.
I am planning to get a Disney visa to earn Disney reward points that I would like to apply towards a Disney cruise in the future.

Canadian Tire Mastercard. I think it's only in Canada though.
