Dave Ramsey's book on finacial peace is very good too. As for working from home the best thing to think about is find something that you love doing and check and see if you can do it from home.

Also look at what you know or have done for a career. Teacher can do tutoring in the home, some people can type up resumes, baby sitting, my sister is a bookkeeper and tax advisor. She has three business that she does their books and taxes. My daughter is going to have an in house school for toddlers, 2 or 3 hours a day getting them ready for school.

Make a list of the things that you know and like to do and work from that. Dave Ramsey is also on the radio. You can go to his website and check and see what radio station in your area.

Hope some of this helps. GOOD LUCK. Wish I could have done it when my children were young.
