cookie 2, thanks for your post. I occasionally look in the help wanteds but I've never seen a job during just school hours myself either. I don't see how I could work a full time job and spend that much time w/ my kids. I would be paying daycare even if my kids were in school for the time before and after the school day. I told my dh that if I had to get a job, he'd be doing half the housework and that ain't happening, so I think I'm ok for now. I couldn't see him taking a day off of work for a sick kid or a doc apptmt. Come to think of it, when I worked full time, I always did that. Thanks everyone for your input and support. I don't know what I'd do if I hadn't found this board.
