This is probably old news, but it was the first time I'd seen it. Thankfully my area isn't on the list. Is anyone else's?

I'm not, either, but I do know that our housing market is saturated here. There are so many NEW developments going in that any houses "used" just aren't selling at ALL. My parents live in Panama City. In their subdivision, which is about 3 years old, there are WHOLE STREETS of houses for sale that are NEW. So many were built, hurricanes hit, market went down, etc, and it is ridiculous to see!!! There are new houses available for rent even that have stood there for a year or more!!!

My area is not on the list, but our prices are so inflated that it wouldn't hurt for them to drop a little...it's too hard for families to buy homes here!

I'm surprised Sacramento isn't on there!

Chicago isn't on there, neither is Cincinnati. Since we just moved 4 mos ago, I believe these 2 markets aren't deflated!

Yep, we're in a suburb of Cleveland too. Thankfully we are in a great area and have no plans to move anytime soon. And when we bought this house we paid $30,000 less than anyone else on the street so hopefully if/when we go to sell it we'll get what it is worth and then some. Even if we sell it for what they are costing right now, we'll still be $30,000 ahead of the game. Well, in theory hopefully!
