in the past week i have managed to pay my visa card down by 300.00!! it hasn't had that much available credit on it in over a year. and i have managed to pay my line of credit down by 360.00!! inthe past month. nowt o keep up the payments and not spend. i do need to use my visa card in may for a trip to a wedding i have planned, but to cut costs on that i am splitting the hotel cost with 2 other people so i only have to pay 60.00 for a 2 night stay, and splitting the cost of gas with another person, so its only 100.00 to get there.and they will pay the other 100 to get home. but i want to have another 240 atleast put onto the credit card before we go to the wedding. and i will not spend!! i never carry my card with me, and neither does dh. i am so proud of myself!!

That's Awesome....and hard to do too....especially if 2 people use the same card. We've got our paid off and it feels so good! Now I just need to keep DH from using it. Ever since he got a debit card instead the usage has gone down...It was becoming more about how easy it was, then about needing borrwed $$.
