We Never eat leftovers . I make Dh a plate for work but its like he think me eat left overs the next night ! He wants a fresh meal on the table so i pack his lunch plate full and he takes it with him. there is usally very little left anyways , we are feeding a family of 6. So its pretty much not wasted he takes it to work and we save money by him not going out to eat its a win win

We eat leftovers usually the next day or else it gets yucky, well depending on what it is. Takeout pizza / chinese stay good for a couple days.

I have small amts of leftovers and I put them into ziplock baggies and date them, if its not eaten within a week I just toss it.

We'll eat leftovers 3x in a row sometimes, but I'll make different side dishes to go with it, or take it in my lunch, etc. If we have a lot of coffee leftover one day, we'll pop it in the fridge & then we'll make a frozen coffee icey drink in the blender. Right now I have leftover cranberry chicken from Sunday in the fridge, leftover kebabs my girlfriend brought me from her family reunion on Sunday, and leftover roast from last week. I'm tired of the roast now, but DH is still working it. He's willing to eat leftovers in the fridge a bit beyond when I would consider them still good.

We always eat the leftovers. Usually I will make somethign different with it the next night or dh will take it to work a couple days. I try to make enough for him to bring leftovers. If I make a pasta salad or something I make a big one and we eat off it for several days with different main dishes.

I always take them for lunch. Sometimes we have them for dinner but usually when my DH works late.

We usually eat leftovers for lunch the next day. Sometimes I do "planned overs", where I use leftovers in the next days or days after that dinner. I don't eat leftovers more than 2 days after they have been cooked unless they have been frozen.

We usually eat leftovers. I take them to work. Sometimed they get left over for too long. Then I throw them away.

I'm not very good at planning how much to make. I try very hard but with the kids I never really know if they are going to want more or not. I used to make a lot just in case. Now I go the other way hoping I run out. If I run out of the main dish (after everyone has 1 helping and they want more) there is usually enough sides or peanut butter toast. I started doing this because of the waste. My dh is on the road everyday and when I'm away from home I am on the road too. Many leftovers we have don't work without being heated up and neither of us has that option.

And to be totally honest I don't like the way most things taste the 2nd time. It's just not the same.

Most of the time I fix just enough for that meal, but if there do happen to be leftovers, we do eat them. I acctually have a specific evening set aside, (usually one of the busiest days in our week) and that night we have whatever is left from the nights before. If there isn't anything we have bacon and egg sanwiched or something easy!
