We eat leftovers too. For lunch or whatever else. I will join the "weird breakfast club" too.

A lot of times I make dinner and then give my kids choice of new dinner or leftovers. I think they just like having a choice for dinner (like a restaurant - LOL). Then what's left from the new dinner becomes leftovers. And the cycle continues. Sometimes I freeze leftovers, but not often. Usually we consume it within 2 days and if there's still some I might give doggie a snack.

With the cost of food now I really can't afford to throw any away.....

In our house leftovers are "booked" for lunch the next day, we all like the treat of taking them for lunch as they much nicer than a sandwich. However normally my DH gets them first as he dishes up his lunchtin just after we have all eaten.

We are a family of eating our food. Even leftovers! If we don't want to eat them a few days in a row we freeze them OR I make other meals outta leftovers..

Like tomorrow I'm making a turkey and dumplings soup for lunch.

And then for dinner tomorrow night I'm gonna figure something up that involves using up the turkey!

I freeze left overs and eat them the nights that my DH is working. Its easier than cooking just myself and saves the food from being fed to the dog.
