That's a riot. The only thing you can get in my neck of the woods for $120,000 is just land (maybe 10-15 acres) with no buildings, a low-end condo, or a really nice trailer! Decent starter homes, like a 3-bdrm ranch, are about $230,000. Crazy, huh? |
