thanks about the laundry soap tip... i also use walmart great value dishwasher detergent and if you have any hard water at all you will notice a big difference(we even have a water softner)..... welcome and post often!!!

Welcome! I had read the consumer reports review of the Walmart brand dishwasher soap, and have been pleased with it. Didn't know about the Gain one though. Thanks!

What part of AZ are you from - I was raised in Phoenix, and then Tempe when I went to school (ASU). Definitely dry climate, I always laugh when people say but in AZ it is a dry heat... well 115-120 degrees is hot I don't care if it is dry or not!!:D
