Ok, sorry ... I know it's off subject of the thread, but Cottonelle is my favorite. Why shouldn't we use it? Is it just too "thick" and doesn't break up as good as it should? My dh's best friend is a plumber and redid all our plumbing and pipes when we gutted our house. (he did all cooper and ran copper down to the street, I know you'll know what that means! LOL!)
Anyway, he never mentioned to me my "toliet paper" brands etc. I've asked him things too, ummm ..... fill me in, pretty please!
My brother who has been a teacher for years is just starting a plumbing job. He is so excited. He just wasn't able to make it on his teacher salary and was year after year in debt and decided ... enough is enough. i am so happy for him, you can certainly see a huge difference in his attitude and his "happiness" level! (he loved teaching but just can not afford to do it any longer! )

If they break down like they should I would say no. Because if you just swish it with a stick and it breaks down that's pretty flimsy. Picture the cheapest sand paperiest butt wipe you can buy that's what your diaper would be made out of!

ok, thats funny, cause that is EXACTLY WHAT I THINK SCOTTS is made from... I hate 1 ply toilet paper, my fingers go right through it when I wipe, and nothing like goosing the #### outta myself when I try and wipe...

Scott is all I use too. And all my mother uses.
Any thing else clogs up my toilet. I didn't think Scott was flimsy. And a roll lasts a long time. It isn't scratchy, and use just use a little more if you like it thicker. It still lasts a while, even if you use a couple more squares.
There is no way I would buy these diapers. I wouldn't even put flushable wipes in my toilet.

Im thinking it has to do with how old of a house or how new, I know my sister how had a new house, man everything clogged it, and as far as Scotts concerned, to each there own, but I think my butt deserves alittle loving every now and then, and i so won't be getting it from scotts tissue paper...

I so think I will be trying these out... I use Cloth now and so Im used to putting my hand in the toilet to get the poo off of the diapers... I wash my hands afterwards...

EWWWW!!!! LOL!!
I think that the stick method would be better.LOL

ok, you must be the type that uses a toilet brush to clean your toilet??? I hate those things I would much rather get in there with my hands and a rag and scrub it clean.
I leave a spatula in the diaper pail for DH to scrape off the poo, he hates using cloth diapers for that reason, it grosses him out to get poo on him, he has a really weak stomach.. Not *me, I have been thrown up on, and had snot sprayed all over me, I just get up and clean myself and the kids off.... I could be eating and someone talk about nasty stuff, and it don't affect me in the least...

oh..no BB I understand...I would rather use a brush and I dont particularly LIKE getting POO all over me but I am not a weak stomached either....Just had to give you a hard time about playing in the POO. LOL!
