I put all my everyday expenses on my credit card so I can get rewards (free gift cards). I have always paid off my credit card every month and have never paid interest on my card, so I get the rewards 100% free.

I get to choose 1 gift card for $100. I want to get a gift card to a store that I can get inexpensive baby clothes at. Which store below has the best sales, clearance, etc. for babies and toddlers?

JC Penny
Old Navy
Sears

Or should I just get a $100 home depot card for house maintenance expenses?

I've always liked JC penney's. The Old Navy near me doesn't have a good selection of baby clothes and I'm not a big fan of Sears.

Probably JC Penny, around here at least. Old Navy does have good sales but not that much baby stuff at ours.

Do you have home things you are going to have to purchase anyway? If you do then I would choose Home Depot so you aren't out any money out of pocket for them.

Its summer so I'm sure the home depot one would come in handy! You might need to paint the nursery, or whatever too.

I have gotten a lot of baby stuff from JCPenney's, but that is mostly because they send both me and DH the $10 off of a $10 purchase coupons.

The stuff at Old Navy is super cute, but not always on sale (at least the stuff I want ) I recently got a onesie that said "Milk Addict" and some cute sunglasses.

What kind of credit card is it - just curious since this is a pretty good reward.

Old navy doesn't have a wide variety of baby or toddle clothes here either.I think penny's have the best selection for clothes and they are always having good sales too.

I have a Citi credit card. I think it's the Platinum Rewards credit card, I don't pay a fee to be in their rewards program. I still have my Chase credit card only because I have had it for years and it looks good on my credit card report, but they stink because they don't offer a free rewards program unless I get a new credit card!

Thanks for all the advice ladies! I think I am either going to go with JC Penny or Home Depot. Maybe I should go with Home Depot since we are going to be doing some home improvements next month since the baby will be here soon.

Thanks again!

I always get home depot cards with our Amex rewards, never goes to waste. We can always use something from there. My second choice would be Sears, if you can use the gift card online thats great because they always run super online deals.

I was having a similar issue we get points from our bank for our credit/debit card and online banking I had to choose between Home Depot, Pottery Barn, and Target. I love looking at Pottery Barn stuff but in reality anything I really want is still over $100.00! We decided on Home Depot like dh says we really should have a parking spot there just for us !
