We are leaving to go on vacation in a few days and I had to go shopping to get some much needed supplies and food to stock our house while my BIL stays there and watches our dogs...

I had quite a big list with lots of baby items making the biggest impact (diapers, formula...). So I took my time, price compared, looked through my coupon stash...

Got to the register and my bill rang up to be $308.57 (I wasn't surprised) and I then handed her my stack of coupons... in the end I had $60 worth of coupons!! I was so proud! This was a little victory for me!

Me too! I'm on Vancouver Island (opposite coast). We just don't get the coupon thing here in Canada. I find the ones we do get usually pretty useless (50 cents off some overpriced brand item that you can get generic for cheaper, etc.). There is also no such thing as double coupon days here that I'm aware of.
