Well, I am no where near my breaking point. In fact, I feel guilty I even have panic about money. If anybody knew our situation, you would laugh at me for worrying, but you just never know what will arise in the future, you know?

I've never had a full-blown panic attack, but I do worry. A lot. We have thousands in CC debt that just doesn't seem to go down and little in savings. There are nights I just can't sleep thinking "what if?"

I've found that I am most helped by starting an emergency fund. There isn't much in it now, but every time I add to it, I think "Now you're a little safer". When I first started it, I had enough to keep us "safe" for a day, now we can go a week or more....I want to build it up so that, if something does happen, we will be financially covered for a year.
