No grocery for the whole month. Why? we are coming short on molah.....I'm glad that I stocked on meat and can foods last month. I think I'm good for about a month or so. We are sacrificing to pay off two CC next month in one paycheck that's on the 1st then on the 15th starting off with the 3rd one with $500. I have known to waste food before but believe me this time it won't be wasted. My pantry still full and DH is not picky either. DS is good on diapers as of today since we just spent $100 on him. I swear I can't wait for him to be potty train. He's got a whole two months worth of supply. Thanks to the coupon we could've spend more. The good news is despite all the CC bills we have to pay we still be able to put $400 on the first and $200 on the 15th for our Emergency fund. We are not touching it though. We made a promise to ourselves. Plus DH still gets his $40 allowance. So I guess we are not doing bad after all. Its just that I never done a month of not going to the store. I guess this is my challenge for the month of August (not going anywhere) period except to pay bills. Believe me though next year once we get all the debts pay off I am going to shop and spoil myself for one day. I hate debts with a passion right now but who doesn't anyway? ours is bad debts and believe me we learned our lesson. I'm just thankful we learned it now and not later on close to retiring. Please pray that I will make it not just in the month of August but until December of this year. Baby on the way and CC debt I swear its killing me.

That is so fantastic that you are taking steps to get out of debt. It may feel uncomfortable now but just think how you will feel when it is all behind you.
