I am currently writing my resume, something I haven't done since 1993!
I would like to apply with the companies that allow you to work at home.
For those that do, would you share what company you are with and how many days and hours you work? I had someone suggest I apply with AA and that an airline uses them to accept calls (I have a travel backgrund as an agent, reservationist, and flight attendant. However, I am told the time committment for projects with AA can be 9-12 months. And one person replied she works (not for the airline) 5 days a week, from 11-6, and she works different than the time zone she lives in.
With 3 small children, a husband that commutes quite a distance and his schedule/days off change I am looking to apply with the most flexible for me. I can arrange childcare if needed, etc. But I hope to find a job with SOME flexibility for the days I am needed to run to school, go on a field trip, etc.
So if any of you can offer any insight I would appreciate it. I am hoping to apply this week.
