One big shopping trip each month, then two or three small ones to get fresh fruits, veggies, milk...

We do twice a month regular food shopping (sometimes only once if I do really well). But milk is a once a week purchase.

I also go once a week but if we have people over or some other special occasion I will go back to the store.

I do a big shop once a week based around that week's specials and plan my menus for the week around them and the fruit/veg. that is on sale. I have to top up sometimes if we run out of milk or bread faster than I thought we would.

I am trying the best that I can to go just 2x a month,

I go shopping for almost all of my food for a 2 week menu on Sunday's and I buy the fresh fruits and veggies on Monday. I am going to try to do this everyother week...hopefully it will work...

But this doesn't include Milk ofcourse.

I put three times because I don't always get everything at once. Normally, though, I go twice a month.

I go once a month and do a HUGE trip, but we have to go get milk, produce & bread weekly.

we have limited freezer and fridge space, so we have to go out on average once a week for perishibles.

Seriously, I go almost every day, sometimes every other day. I only do small trips. I don't stock up anymore.
