Congratulations!! Good for you!! I know the feeling! I became debt free about 4 years ago when I was able to pay off my house and truck about the same time. Then I had kids and became a SAHM. My ultimate dream!

Enjoy the financial freedom of not having to make those payments!

Yep, it includes the mortgage. We bought a fixer-up and fixed it up. Also, DH and I were older when we got married (I was 29, he was 35) so we ... well he had money saved up before we were married. We put more than half down on our house.
