I took out $12,500 on a 0.9% interest card (in Canada, that's the best I've seen) for 6 months. I stuck the money in a high interest bank account (4% is the highest here in Canada, unfortunately), paid the minimum payment monthly (which was ridiculously low - like $16 or so) and paid the full balance before the interest rate was set to go up. When all was said and done I was up about $200 or so. Free money. As long as you are disciplined (which I am) and won't touch the money for anything, these offers are a great deal. I would do it again.
