Hi...I was just at Target and they have marked their 1$ section 50% off. There was a lot of cute stickers, bags with crafts, dino flash cards, tin cans with candy. I'm sure you could find some fun things. Be sure to go soon, Target only leaves that stuff out for a couple of days. For the treat bag themselves, I like to use white lunch bags from WalMart and decorate them. I have attached ribbon for handles, glued on glitter, punched holes, glued old B-day cards...the possibilities are endless. When the kids were old enough ,I let them decorate them.
