We would wait until he have more on the down payment and then go for it. One thing that hubby and I both agree on is that we need to be sure we are ready to make such a move. We prefer having that stability... Although, If asked this question a few years ago, I would have jumped the gun...lol We are still learning a lot as to how we should go about keeping our financial house in order. Regarding the schooling issue, we live in a small town and only have one middle school and one high school. We wouldn't have to worry about moving them to a new area, since we like it here.
