i did not relize i was downing down any debt, until i recieved my nimo bill today. we owed alot on our electric bill and i was put on this plan to help save money and would help us out in the winter. i pay a set amount each month and then what my actually cost were they minus what i pay with what my actually cost were and they minus it from what we owe on our back bill.
this saves me such headache. i love it.
