Me!
I love it. I have mine set up to pay when I want (not auto-pay), and I keep a spreadsheet of all the bills we have. When I have the money in my account, I just go to each site, pay, and check it off in the spreadsheet.
I keep all the companies links in a folder for bookmarks, so it's easy to just click, sign in, pay, sign out, and on to the next.
I lose paper bills, so it's easy for me. The best advice is to keep track of due dates. I pay all the bills once a month, so even if something is due the 29th, it's paid around the beginning with the things due in the beginning of the month.
One of my bills - Internet I think? - gives me a tiny discount because I go "paperfree".
I keep my confirmation emails for a few months, just in case. I've never had any problems, and I've had excellent customer service over email for any issues that do pop up.
I've paid online for a few years ago - I think my electric company offered online paying back when I moved into my first place - 1999. I have yet to have any sort of identity theft or problem in that time. I do check my credit every year to check for fraud.
