Default What would $180,000-$200,000 house get you in your area?

This is a bit of a spin off on the "What would a Mommysaver do?" thread ~ the one where the house is now down to $175,000.

What kind of house would that buy in your area .. it would be fun to see comparisons from real esate sites.

Check out this one going for $179,900

This one is smack in the middle of the range given.

190k home
/condo

Home prices are going down here. Still, I wouldn't pay 190k for that.

This is the closest I can find...
Brand NEW 2007 Factory Manufactured Home

Plus this listing is in Redwood City, about 20 miles from me down a crowded freeway.
We live in Pacifica where the average price for a 1960's 3 bd, 1 ba, track home is 650k.
Hence, we rent.
