I want to add that my mother barely makes 8 dollars an hour. She has been able to support herself and my younger brother on that for awhile now. Off and on she has had her other grown sons living with her, and helping out, but only because they have been unable to support themselves. She is living with a friend at the moment, because the landlord sold the house, and she failed to do any serious looking for a new apartment. She is going to move out when she gets her taxes back.
