-- in five years that is. We were talking over dinner the other night and decided we wanted to go to Italy for our 10th anniversary, which is in July 2013. (Wow that sounds really far away!) We're already set on building our savings account up with DH's new job, continuing to live below our means and setting money aside to be financially secure. But on top of security, we want to do this for us. Like a real honeymoon, where (hopefully) I won't be sick the entire time, like I was after we got married. I'm excited.. on the way home I was saying "I can't believe we could be going to Italy in five years!" and DH said, "No. We ARE GOING to Italy in five years." W00T!!!

Oooooo, I'm jealous! I love Europe, gives you such great perspective on how to live simply, yet live large at the same time, you will come back inspired!

Very well said! I lived in Italy for 6 weeks during college and it is amazing. The Europeans really have it right in many ways that they live. Awesome goal! You need to get an Italy calendar and put up pictures to keep you inspired!

You will love Italy. I lived in Sicily for 4 years and had a chance to visit Milan as well. It is a great experience. I miss it so much and can't wait for a chance to go back.
