We wait until the last minute. It's partly because dh is an accountant and doing our taxes is the last thing he wants to do in his spare time, but mostly because we rarely get a refund and we don't want the government to use our money any longer than they have to!

hubby is a tax accountant and has already done an estimate of our refund.

ASAP!!! We make a tax appointment as soon as we get all the forms. Sometimes we owe the state, then we don't mail that in until we receive our federal refund (we never owe them!)
