Just keep on doing things the way you are doing them. You've got the right mindset whether or not your husband thinks your way or not. His actions are a testament to how easy it is to "buy" into that lifestyle your friends have. But, you both will be much better off waiting to own those "toys" and pay for them with cash. Stay strong and keep sharing your beliefs and wishes with your husband. At least you can go to bed at night knowing that you don't have the credit card balances your friend has.
